THE EYE

The eye! What is it? The mirror of the soul, the access to my wife's emotions, maybe? With the eye, I recognize where I want to go with my art, and where art leads me. The eye is the vantage point of and the foundation for my whole world. Through the eye I experience the world and the world experiences me. Colors and lack thereof. Joy and sadness. 

Patterns and lack of ditto. Depth and surface. Chaos and harmony. Intensity! Fantasy! All this and much, much more, you and I sense through the eye. What could be more relevant to me as an artist to become occupied by? I'm Quang, I'm an artist and I love the eye - therefore this series of works on and from the eye.
